Rebecca Brothers came to our school.
Rebecca came to our school on the 20th of September and shared to us as a school about life as an Olympian. She said to have a goal, practice that goal and to be committed. She showed us the Olympic values and they were friendship, excellence, and respect, then she showed us a slideshow about all the New Zealanders that showed these values like when Nikki Hamblin helped Abbey D'agostino finish the race, for that Niki was awarded a sportsmanship award.
She also said that Danyon Loader was her childhood hero and that he was the one who inspired her.
